If anyone is interested in joining the Board, please [email Andrew Bellak](mailto:andrew@perigonwealth.com?subject=PVEPC%20Annual%20Meeting) directly in advance of the meeting.\n \nIn addition to the annual meeting, there will be a presentation on Business Succession Planning.\n \nThis event is sponsored by the [Trust Company of Vermont](https://tcvermont.com/).\n \n\n \nNathan Alexander, CPA CFP ®\n \nIn November 2023, Nathan and his Keene, NH team merged with Trust Company of Vermont, the first Independent Trust Company in Vermont with over $2 billion dollars of managed assets and forty employees. Headquartered in Brattleboro, VT (with offices in Rutland, Burlington, Manchester, as well as Keene), they offer customized client services throughout New England and beyond. As an Employee-Owner, Nathan focuses on tax-forward financial, long-term trust, and succession planning, collaborating with his colleagues across all disciplines.\n \nNathan began his career on the audit side of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and later served as Finance Manager spearheading M&A projects for C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., one of the top ten largest privately held companies in USA (now based in Keene, NH).\n \nNathan founded Ferguson & Alexander, CPA PC a tax planning and estate planning firm based in Keene, NH that also served as family office for one large real estate holding family based in NYC. Since 2006, Nathan has focused his practice on the growing tax needs of small-to-medium sized private companies and their family business owners, as well as structuring and administering intergenerational trusts.\n \nNathan has advised both buyers and sellers on business acquisitions and divestitures, helping structure necessary financing working with lenders throughout the local region.
